It happens to all of us! We lock our home and ourselves out; we lose our keys; we forget our keys!

Or maybe you are going on holiday but you want us to keep an eye on your property whilst you’re away.

Daily Checks and Peace of Mind

We can make daily checks on your property; bring in the post; rotate light switching; water your indoor plants. All this peace of mind for just a small fee.

Your keys are held in safe storage. All keys are coded — no names, addresses or phone numbers appear on the key rings.

Need to Get Into Your House but Have No Keys?

We will store your keys free of charge and, if we are in your vicinity when you call, we will come to let you in free of charge also.

If we need to make a special trip, we will charge you as follows:

• 8:00am to 6:00pm £20.00
• 6:00pm to midnight £40.00

During public and bank holidays a surcharge will be added.

If you wish your keys returned at any time, and later you wish to use our key care service again, there will be a £15.00 fee for collection.

A Service for Your Entire Household

Once registered, any member of your household can call for our assistance if he or she has mislaid the house keys.

And rest assured, we will only let registered members of your household into your house.
